The first thing you can do for yourself and better your health is to eat properly and workout.
Here are some easy tips to help you be in the best shape:
- Make realistic goals and keep accountable. No one is a 10/10 so don’t pressure yourself.
- Get out of your comfort zone. Doing the same thing will create boredom and make your routines les effective. Your body will get used to the same movements.
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Park further away
- Make healthy eating choices. Try and make healthy choices 80% of the time and “treat” yourself the other 20%.
- Get your sleep. This is crucial for your body. Inadequate sleep can lead to overeating.
- Drink half your body weight in water.
- Taking body measurements will be more of your friend than a scale. Progress doesn’t always reflect what a scale says.
- If you’re short on time increase your intensity.
